In function of the partsrange, the country and the agreements, the orders are executed by the OEM supplier out of Germany, France, Italy etc or the orders are executed by HBM-Axlecenter out of France.

We ship preferably with the shipping account of our customer to guarantee the transparency of the operation. The customer keeps control of the shipment. Standard conditions are exworks.

All customs formalities and duties has to be taken over and handled by the customer

Standard conditions are 30 days from shipping date. These are confirmed with the order. In case of a late payment the standard conditions switch to CBD. Bankfees, customs , DHL etc are to be supported by the customer at 100% as this avoids the additional fix charges that would be added otherwise for each order

Every part is backed up with the OEM warranty of the relevant manufacturer’s plant.

At request we propose also urgency supplies for certain suppliers (DANA, SIEMENS) with a shortened leadtime and Express shipment
